ISSABELLA ADJORKOR ADJEI Miss Universe Ghana 2026 Contestant . Issabella Adjorkor Adjei is a 26year old Ghanaian from Greater Accra, a purpose-driven communicator, creative, and advocate passionate about using her voice and platforms to inspire positive change. With a background in Hospitality Management and a recently completed Master’s degree in Brands and Communications Management, Issabella brings together her passion for people, communication, storytelling, and creating meaningful experiences. Her Christian faith is an important part of her life and continues to shape her values, character, and commitment to serving others. Her journey in pageantry began at Koforidua Technical University, where she participated in Face of Koforidua Technical University her first experience in pageantry. The experience helped her discover her confidence, develop her voice, and embrace the power of representation. She went on to represent the Greater Accra Region in Ghana’s Most Beautiful 2025, where she emerged as 4th Runner-Up. The experience strengthened her discipline, resilience, confidence, and appreciation for Ghanaian culture while teaching her that a platform becomes truly meaningful when it is connected to purpose. Beyond pageantry, Issabella is passionate about Ghanaian culture, tourism, youth empowerment, education, and inclusive opportunities for young people. Her desire to create meaningful impact inspired the Adjorkor Foundation, an initiative focused on empowering young people through education, mentorship, confidence-building, and advocacy for inclusive education. Through her work, Issabella hopes to remind young people especially young women that their circumstances should never determine the limits of their dreams. She believes that sometimes, what a young person needs most is an opportunity, encouragement, and someone who believes in their potential. As a Miss Universe Ghana 2026 contestant, Issabella sees the crown not simply as a symbol of beauty, but as a responsibility, a voice, and an opportunity to create impact. She hopes to represent a Ghanaian woman who is deeply rooted in her heritage while confidently embracing the world. Her vision is to use the Miss Universe Ghana platform to amplify conversations around education, youth empowerment, culture, and purposeful leadership, while telling Ghana’s story to a global audience with authenticity, intelligence, grace, and pride.
